The South West Group Travel Show is a new event which was added to the travel trade calendar in 2012 in order to fill the void of group travel shows in the South West Region. The show aims to target those group organisers within the South West who find other trade events too far to travel to.

Exhibition Date: Saturday 07 February 2015

Location: Winter Gardens, Weston-super-Mare

Why Exhibit:

It gives you the opportunity to network and grow group business with in the travel trade and showcase your 2015/2016 offerings. Promote at low cost; whilst developing information on current popular group travel packages based on “on the spot” feedback.

Stand Rates:

Rates are to be confirmed however we will endeavour to keep the rates as similar to 2014 as possible. As a guide these rates were:
2m trestle table stand £360* + VAT
3m trestle table stand £480* + VAT

Exhibitors should bring their own pop up banners and literature.

Stand rates include a table, tablecloth, two chairs, breakfast and refreshments. Electrics can be booked separately at a small extra cost.
